1. Respect for Intellectual Property

At AnimeVerse, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We are committed to complying with copyright laws and protecting the rights of content creators and copyright holders.

2. Licensed Content

All anime content available on AnimeVerse is either licensed directly from the copyright holders or provided through partnerships with authorized distributors. We do not host or distribute unauthorized copyrighted material.

3. Copyright Infringement Policy

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on AnimeVerse in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with a written notice containing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on our service
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

4. DMCA Compliance

AnimeVerse complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user responsible for posting it.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and where it was located before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside

6. Repeat Infringers

AnimeVerse has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to terminate an account at our discretion if we determine that the user has repeatedly infringed the copyrights of others.

7. Fair Use

We recognize and respect the principles of fair use under copyright law. Fair use allows limited use of copyrighted material without permission for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research.
